The entire application is lacking a massive amount of effort, and if this is your best, I am afraid you will have to improve greatly on every aspect.
The roleplaying example is anything but detailed, and has nothing but simple actions, and every single /me is nearly as short as they can possibly get. The effort put into it is minimal, and it not following the instructions properly.
And roleplaying as an OTA for a year doesn't automatically mean that you have the correct experience, or is that great at roleplaying. As your RP example shows, you don't really seem to be the best at either. And if you've been roleplaying only a year, with OTA being your 'main whitelist', as you mentioned, I fear that you lack roleplaying experience in every other faction of the HL2RP universe (Citizen, MPF, CWU, etc), and that this highly limits your roleplay to be OTA based. This means that your other characters may lack overall personality, and will probably more or less be the same as an OTA in a different outfit, and with the lack of their abilities (strength) and weaponry.
So I suggest that you try roleplaying as these for a longer duration of time, and build up your overall roleplaying experience, as well as become better at creating detailed roleplay. By this, I once again refer to your roleplay example. When you have done that, I hope that you have greatly improved your roleplay capabilities, and will make a new OTA application that will truly shock all that reads it, and receive massive support.
