<::|| Regarding the news of the GRID Divisionals sudden relocation, I will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that personal training of GRID Units will be frequent.

Listed below are training regimes which I deem more worthwhile than the current system

Recruit:
Brief MPF Introduction - Allowing for the MPF Goals to maintain Socio-Stability
Entry Level First Aid: Treating cuts and lacerations.
Stunstick Usage - Entry Level Weapon Handling: Changing Voltage Settings, Voltage setting appropriate uses.
MPF 9mm Standard Firearm Training - Weapon Handling: Safety, Reloading, Aiming and Firing
Verdicts and Violations - Refer to Training Handbook to study further

Oh-Five:
Basic Radio Terminology - Location, Reporting In, Headcounts.
Formation and Patrolling Standards - Always Patrol in twos
Blackmark Citations - Blackmarks and what they affect
Datapad Usage - Applying Citizens, Violations and Loyalty Points

Oh-Four:
Hand To Hand Combat - Spar with another Unit as supervised by an Oh-three or higher.
Sub-Machinegun Firearm Training - Weapon Handling: Safety, Reloading, Firing Modes, Aiming and Firing
Breaching Protocols - Working in a team and knowing your role
Flashbang Grenades - Purpose, Timing and uses

Oh-Three:
Sweeping Protocols - Radio and Speech Discipline, Hand Signals: Move forward, Stop.
Smoke Grenades - Purepose, Timing and uses
Removal of Bullet Wounds as supervised by OfC VAMP or higher
Tactile Thinking - Ensuring that plans are executed without failure

Oh-Two:
Promotion from Oh-Two to Oh-One is based off performance.
Leadership - Commanding and coordinating Units on the ground.

Oh-One:
Promotion from Oh-One to OfC is based off performance.

As an OfC I am aware that my position is nothing to the Union, however I believe that my input to this situation is in dire need of a solution.||::>
