So I think because GRID and whatever is getting new OfCs, I think it would make sense to have training days.
Since I feel the OfCs are only going to be used for training purposes, I think it would be prudent to have training on alternate days, as an example
OfC 1 trains on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
OfC 2 trains on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Nobody works on sunday because they goto church. jks.
So when a Unit has passed/completed their pre-requisites for their promotion, it boils down to unit behaviour outside of training, Officers will recommend Units which shows good qualities outside of Training for promotion - encouraging active Units as well as being efficient at their duties.
