kdc0nnvict AGAIN banned by the same adminge.

Yes im back. And on the same fucking day by the same fucking admin. this story is alot shorter though. and less pics because it wasnt a long argument. Basicly i icly found kim wayne and sam after searching all over the map for them, when i got their kim was crouched (no idea why) they said wayne was stabbed and idk what sam was doing. But i said "You son of a bitch!" to wayne because he sold me out earlier and i was looking to get revenge icly. Then i did a /me were i started to walk to them and i heard noises behind me down in the slums. So i turned around saw 2 combine running at us not far away and keep running past wayne into the building shutting the door ( i was already moving i didnt feel a need to stop and type /me be runs past) so i didnt. I just kept going. Well a little later kim tries to teleport me back saying i minge ran. I honestly didnt see it as a minge ran but i even agreed and said ok fine. I walked back and stated i was gonna do a /me to make kim happy since she thought i minge ran. I did the me. She said not its too late you already minge ran. I said i didnt minge ran i just keep running after i did my first me. Then the other people were saying i should just go back inside its ok. But kim kept bitching at me, And she was trying to start a fight with me just to ban me because as she told me earlier she was not happy about me getting unbanned earlier this morning. So now she gets her revenge. Anyways i said Fine ill stay here icly if it will make you happy and stop bitching and fighting with me. I dont want to fight. Ill do what you say, But that wasnt good enough. She changed her mind and told me to go. I said no im here icly. She said no we are voiding you completly, I said why im here icly and you told me to comeback so i did. SHe did the warning command and gave me 1/3 warnings. I said stop im just talking to you about this oocly for fuck sakes, you told me to come back so i did now your telling me to leave? wtf? She gave me another warning. 2/3 warnings. I said fucking stop wtf. she didnt even give me enough time to type or do anything between the first and second warning. Oh i did on the first warning tell her go ahead abuse and warning for no reason again. lets see how this conversation goes. I said that because i knew she was trying to find any fucking excuss to get me banned again. she is holding a grudge from this morning because she couldnt admin she was in the wrong. Anyways. i told her to stop i was trying to talk to her oocly about it she is the fucking admin its her job to talk to me and fix the problem. She didnt want to do her job so she just banned me. -_- Also a side note: all day i have been pming her when i needed an admins help for things. My response was :I thought i told you im not going to help YOU because imnot happy youwere un banned." Somthing along that line, If you need proof, i cant give exact times on them but you can check the server logs from when i got unbanned to now and find the pm's... i know thats a lot to do though. Any ways, my opinion?:
1: Immaturity and lack of doing their job regardless personally grudges.
2: Rude disrespectful attitude and behavior to members.
3:abuses her/his power because they can when they have a personal issue with someone but dosent have proper cause to use their power on them. A.K.A. abuse.

Personally i think she should be demoted (not permanently but maybe a few days or a week just until she can learn to not abuse not treat players like shit who are trying to NOT fight with her. and not ban for no fuckin reason. oh and when she is ACTUALLY willing to do her job. and know that if a player needs help, if you like them or not, its your job to help them. Not just say "I dont like you so i wont help you")But its your server your staff your choice that is just my opinion.

anyways here are the screen shots showing the whole thing (and the very first part is cutt off i know but my logs are messed up and that is as far back as i could go. But it is the begining of the argument. And still shows everything. You can check your logs that nothin is left out.)But this should show i was just trying to do as she said and talk to her oocly about it to get it sorted out and it will show her refusing to do her job and fix the problem correctly, i mean she told me to come back so i did then told me to go but never said go were. If im their icly were the hell am i sappose to go to make her happy? seriously can someone tell me what the hellim sappose to do in this situation when the admin dosent want to talk to you and figure out whats going on instead just wants to make excuss after excuss to ban you:

I can sum this up with several easy points.
1. You mingeran to avoid being spotted by MPF
2. You returned after I said you mingeran
3. You began to complicate an RP scenario by flooding LOOC
4. You were told to leave several times, which you ignored
5 You began to insult staff members
6. You were given 4 additional chances to return to where you were, which were ignored
7. You continued to insult me
8. You were banned
9. Good riddence
10. Come back in 10 hours when you learn to be an adult.

Now let me sum it up:
1: I already did a /me of me walking in that direction so i just keep going when i heard and saw the combine comming, didnt think i needed to stop to do another /me is still moving in this direction.
2: I came back when you told me to after saying you thought i was mingerunning. I came back to make YOU fuckin happy. And was going to redo it to please you because you were teleporting me back anyways i was trying to co operate.
3: If you would have made up ur fucking mind if i was sappose to be their or not looc wouldnt have been flooded BY ALL OF US NOT JUST ME, your good at pointing the finger at any one but you huh.
4:I didnt have time to react or even type you said leave then gave me a warning right after while i was typing somthing so i couldnt leave yet. I was in the middle of typing, then you did it again while i was typing to ask you wtf am i here or not. But i didnt get to ask because you keep warning me without giving me time to do anything. So you fucking abused again.
5: I did not insult anyone. I said nothing bad about you did it? Point out one thing i said that is an insult. Go ahead ill wait.
6: Your four additional chances were told to me then immediatly warned within 15 sec of you saying "go leave" *15 sec later while im trying to type and ask where and what im sappose to do* you warn me. Tell me to leave again. *once again im trying to type and ask what im sappose to do were im sappose to go and if i was their icly or not but 15 in to typing. Im warned again. Then you just banned me instead of talking to me which is your job as staff.
7: Once again i did not insult you, all i said is she keeps bitching at me and looking for any reason to fight with me and i am not going to fight with her. No insult their at all child.
8: Yeah cause you abused AGAIN just to ban me for a personal grudge not a legit reason.
0? you mean 9: (maybe you need to learn to be an adult) Good riddence? what is your problem? if you can handle being staff step down, your not staff to just have the powers to use as you please, your staff to help the server and its MEMBERS. but you dont. You just start fights and ban who ever you dont like.
10: I am an adult kid. Im 24 years old, and i wont take disrespect from some 16 year old little brat throwing a fit because they dont like that i was unbanned by the owner. Get over it i have tried all fucking day to get along with you but all you do is start a fight with me. Bitch at me for anything you can think of. And if i ask for help from you since ur an admin you refuse and throw a fit again "I thought i said i will never help you" Really? and you say i need to grow up.

Thirdly, if you didn't act like a mingebag all the damn time you wouldn't get into situations with the server staff over acting like a spoiled child, the world - believe it or not - Doesn't revolve around you. So whatever superiority/god complex you have lodged in your head, you need to get it out because on SocialExperience, it's ruled by several people called "Staff" who ultimate decide whether you can stay or not.

I don't care who you are outside of Gmod, you could be a well-to-do businessman who makes a living of exchanging stocks, or even a ne'er-do-well who breaks into peoples houses. But the fact is that your attitude is completely fucking unacceptable and I suggest you use the week your gone to reflect on what your problems are and accept them before trying to return because hey, at the end of it, you might actually become a better person.
