Inject (To formally deploy) - Move into a establishment or block.

Contain - To clamp off entrances of a area and confine the situation to a certain area.

Unrest - Rebellion or Riot.

Anti-Citizen - Individual convicted of multiple anti-civil violations; MALIGNANT.

Malignant - Individual convicted of multiple anti-civil violations. Subject is contagious

and contains devised behavioral pattern.

Administer - To issue a verdict to a resident. (E.g. Administering a beating)

Pacify - To detain a individual non-lethally.

Clamp - Restrict residential access to a certain are ; Deploy standard

Clamps - To restrict activityprovide protection.

Unlawful Procreative Activity (UPA) - Attempting to perform intercourse.

Expose Flush - Suspects or expose them from cover.

Stand By - Await orders.

Intercede - Take immediate control of the situation; Ambush/surprise hostiles.

Extract - Withdraw subject out of Location 1 to Location 2.

Clear Often - Used as a breach term to inform the team that the area is clear of

contraband and anti-civil activity.

Breach - To force entry to a designated area, often used in sweeps when breaches are

placed or the door is kicked in.

Stabilize - To restore order to a situation by any means necessary, this is determined

lethal/non-lethal by your commanding Authority.

Deploy - Often used in reference to the deployment of equipment or a squad. (I.E

Deploying sterilizers at block; A )

Prosecute - To administer verdict to a resident through means of prosecution.

Isolate - To disband a large group of Citizens. (Two is Company, three's a crowd, four is

a party!)

R.O.E (Rules Of Engagement) - Often set for breaches or sweeps by the team leader.

Amputate - To kill or remove limbs from the body.

Hold - Maintain position defensively.

Ripcord - Fall back to move back or away.

Diagnose - Determine an investigate level and situation.

Inoculate - To protect or safeguard from a threat.

Sterilize - Clean a designated area of Anti-Citizen/Civil Activity.

Contact - Hostiles spotted, prepare confirm to engage.

Contact Confirm - Contact is confirmed malignant and hostile, engage!

SociocideSociocidal - Attempted disruption of the social order.

Divisive - Having a quality that divides or separates from the Civil Populace(Causing

malcompliance or other forms of rebellion).

Restrict - To prevent access from a designated area or location.

Bio-signal - A suit mechanism that is responsible for lifeline monitoring as well as

synchronization to the Civil Authority system.

Infestation - High amounts of nectrotic/parasitic activity.

Biotic - Alien species (Particularly Vortigaunts)

Infected - Hostile Protection unit under Parasitic control.

Exogen - Antlion.

Necrotic - Zombie.

Parasitic - Headcrab.

Virome - Poison/Fast Headcrab.

Bouncer - Grenade.

Restrictor - Thumper.

Viscerator - Manhack.

Level One: Re-education
Level Two: One Point and re-education
Level Three: Five points, re-education and five minutes detention
Level Four: Ten points, re-education and ten minutes detention
Level Five: Forty points, re-education and fifteen minutes detention
Level Six: Trial for amputation (which should be easily passed) if passed trial punish with 80 points and 20 minutes detention.
Level Seven: Amputation

Level 1:
- Running. (Sprinting around for no reason)
- Jumping. (Jumping Around For No Reason)
- Climbing. (Includes getting on top of fences and any high elevated areas)
- Yelling. (using /y to yell without a good reason)
- General uncivil behaviour. (Doing anything that appears to be Uncivil in the MPF's Eyes)
- Loitering. (Standing doing nothing)
Level 2:
- Swearing.(Using any form of foul language)
- Discriminating another citizen. (Eg. Being racist to another Citizen)
- Talking to a Civil Protection officer without orders. (Asking Silly Questions to a Member of the Civil Protection)
- Committing a level 1 violations right after or shortly after a warning. (Continuing doing things such as, Running)
- Wasting an officer’s time. (Wasting an Officer's time with stupid questions or games)
- Not speaking an official language. (Eg. [V] Talking Vortish)
- Non-UU Approved Clothing
Level 3:
- Trespassing on non-owned property such as a store. (Breaking into a place where you aren't wanted)
- Failure to apply. (Not stating your CID and Name when asked by a member of the Civil Protection)
- Failure to report a crime. (that is currently going on or has gone on Eg. In-action)
- Not following Civil Protections orders. (Not following orders that are given to you)
Level 4:
-Trespassing on Combine owned property.(Crossing into an area that is restricted to Citizens)
- Stealing tokens. (Pickpocketing someone of their tokens or taking them from a store)
- Direct unit harassment. (verbal Eg, Swearing at a CP)
- Theft. (Stealing things that aren't yours)
- Fighting. (with other citizens, if a priority citizen is attacked it is counted as policide)
- Possession of level 1 contraband.
- Tampering with unconscious or deceased bodies. (Touching or dragging around a dead body)
- Resisting arrest and/or questioning. (Attempting to get away from a CP)
- Property Vandalism. (Using a spray can to tag Non-Combine owned property) {May also be forced to clean}
Level 5:
- Direct unit harassment. (i.e. spitting, throwing cans.)
- Attempted policide. (i.e. punching)
- Propaganda (light and not in favour of the combine)
- Ignoring lock-down of city blocks or entire city. (Wandering around during Judgement waivers)
- Lying on interrogation. (need actual proof or witness(es)!) {Includes Withholding Information}
- Kidnapping (Taking a unit or a citizen hostage)
- Robbery. (Stealing anything from a House or store)
Level 6:
- Trespassing inside the Nexus.
- UPA. (Unauthorized Procreative Activity; sex or similar RP)
- Level 2 contraband possession.
- Rebel conspiracy. (without physical evidence)
- Combine property vandalism. (Spray painting tags onto Combine Owned Property) {May also be forced to clean}
- Mental imperfection. (Having a Mentally Unstable Character)
- Homicide. (murdering a citizen)
Level 7:
- Level 3 contraband possession.
- Patricide (Killing a CA, UU Member or a OTA Unit)
- Policide (Killing a CCA/MPF Unit)
- Trespassing in City Administrator’s office.

Recruit :: RCT

The lowest of the ranks, you are simply the freshest and weakest in the eyes of higher ranked units. As a recruit you have no augmentations at all and whether or not you were brainwashed is up to you. All eyes are on you, every move, action and utterance is closely monitored by your fellow units. You may be bullied by other units behind the backs of higher officers, so don't expect a welcoming committee to embrace you. The United Civil Authority, though the dominating force of the cities of the Universal Union, still has its obstacles and harrowing experiences. I wish you luck, Recruit, you will need it.

News of recruit being promoted to an 05 sends some sting of worry and entertainment to the units of the force. On the other hand, some units believe that the unit deserved the promotion and he/she will climb the ladder to higher levels of prestige with utmost honor and strength. As to how you present yourself to the force and the inhabitants of the city, is up to you. Though, the commanding units of the force do have higher expectations of your performance and you may be entitled to more complicated tasks.

A few low grumbles will be traded when a unit passes from an 05 to an 04. They are no longer fresh meat and because of that, can no longer be played with. These units have shown that they can follow orders well enough and have been in enough situations to demonstrate they have what it takes to rise in the ranks. However this rank isn't anything special as the requirements of this rank are even higher than it was before.

The promotion to this rank signifies that the unit is doing well. The unit is following orders and isn't causing problems. These units are expected to move quickly in order to choose a division soon. This rank is what makes or breaks the career of a unit.

02
Upon promotion to an 02, commanding units have kept a closer eye on your performance with great prestige. Many of the units are accepting you into the force with more comfort. Elite Protection Units are now willing to take you onto sector sweeps and district sterilizations within their jurisdiction and it has been seen fit that you are armed with a more appropriate loadout.
At this rank you may request a division change from one of the high command.

When you first scanned that 01 tag onto your armband, the Universal Union turned an eye to you. It seems that you've grown out of the "fresh meat" stage and you are heading towards a rewarding and strenuous level of experience. As an 01 more responsibility and respect is placed upon you. Whether or not you choose to take advantage of this, is up to you. You must keep in mind that all your actions have an effect, and whether you come out a hero or a failure, is on you.

Units ranking from Recruit to 01 are basically infantry troops for any division and are usually sent out as supporting troops rather than elite groups. These units are usually sent out in squads, led by higher officers, to complete objectives. You can sort of picture yourself as those Civil Protection units during the early segments of Half-Life 2, the ones that walked the streets and handled minor violations

OfC

OfC units are the officers of the force, they take to training and accompanying units from Recruits to 03-01. They carry them out to sector sweeps, simple patrols, and joint operations. Syntax are able to do a variety of things that Recruits-01s are not able to execute, as the Universal Union and the United Combine Authority have seen fit to your level of expertise, appropriate abilities.

EpU

The Elite Protection Unit or EpU are also commonly called Elites. They are the strongest and most skilled of their divisions other than their divisionals. They have access to most of the training and weaponry the Metropoilce Force has to offer and its hard to make a general statement about them other than if an Elite wants to kill you, then you don't have a long lifespan ahead of you.

DvL

Divisonals are the heads of the divisions that make up the MPF. They are the prime examples of what the units under them should be. Within their divisions their word is only surpassed by the SeC's. As heads of the divisions they are extremely visible within the city and are expected to go on patrol with their own units every once in a while to maintain appearances. They are also expected to engage in combat against anti-citizens. And because of this they are some of the most highly trained and well equipped units in the MPF.

CmD

Commander units are some of the most elite units of the force, they have been trained rigorously and their actions have been closely monitored by those in high power. As a Commander unit, you are second in command to the Secretorial, following its every order with utmost commitment and respect. You take command to all of those under you, but you commonly orchestrate the Divisonal's objectives. These units can control entire districts, as they monitor and choreograph routines. If anything should happen to the SeC unit, you are to be placed in second command promptly as you are the only other unit with a high level of achievement and experience.

SeC

The SeC unit of the city is it's lord and master. It's word is law. The only time it must answer to anyone is if the administrator of Earth himself entered his office. However the SeC unit will make sure that isn't necessary. Blindly loyal to the Union their bodies have been twisted into something inhuman. The face behind the mask is as changed as the people they once were. The SeC is a tool of the Union first and an individual second.
