Nope, not planning to either.

What motivates you to want to become a City Scanner?

I want to be able to fly around and take pictures of citizens. I want to be able to send pictures to dispatch when I find anti-citizens. I make citizen role play more lively when they see a scanner come around.

Have you ever had experience within staff or owned a serious RP server?

Yes I have, Super Admin for "Rockets Community" And "Universal Gaming" as well as, operator for "Sloth Gaming". I've also owned a serious hl2rp server.

Do you have any past experience with the City Scanner whitelist?

Yes, I have been scanner at least on ten servers I played in the past.

Give a detailed description of a City Scanner:

Mechanical looking type of machinery|Big camera and flash light on its front| A flying robot that has little armor| Makes beeping sounds|

Give a detailed roleplay situation example showing how you would use the city scanner:

* An anti-citizen is seen running back into the slums after killing a unit*

ScN: /me is sent out of the nexus, and flies to the industrial area of the city
ScN: /me Flies downwards descending into the canal, he than takes pictures of the canal.
ScN: /me Finally flies out of the canal and finds what seems to be an old factory and storage area
ScN: /me Notices a lambda sign on the left side of the old factory, it than takes a picture to send to dispatch
Rebel 1: /me attempts to destroy the machine with her sniper.
/it The rebel accidentally coughs and pulls the trigger. the shot misses the Scanner.
ScN: /me turns around noticing the sound of the bullet and quickly takes a picture whilst moving upwards in the direction the bullet came from.
Rebel 1: /me Attempts to fire again hoping not to miss the scanner
ScN: /me Notices the anti-citizen on the ground and quickly moves downwards before the rebel had a chance to fire her gun
Rebel 1: /me Fires the gun, but misses due to the scanner scaling downwards.
ScN: /me Gets close enough and rapidly takes several pictures of the women and her weapon.
Rebel 1: /me moves her arm in the way of the flash due to her eyes hurting from it
ScN: /me Sends the pictures to dispatch and an announcement is heard to all units in the area
Rebel 1: /me Aims and finally shots the sniper directly at the scanner
ScN: /me is hit by the bullet and explodes into many pieces
Rebel 1: /me positions herself for a clear shot at the canal

* Overwatch is sent out, soon nearby units join them in the slums.*


Explain why it’s very important that you behave appropriately in the role as a City Scanner:

The scanners are a very important faction for the citizens and the metro police. They help find anti-citizens and citizens that are not acting as they should be. They also provide protection for the combine, they are the combines eyes and ears. When something is happening outside and let's just say its to dangerous to take the risk. They send out the scanners to search and provide pictures for high command to look at. The scanners for the citizens help out because it teaches the citizens [ In-character] to act civilized and obey the universal unions rules [ cause we all know the combines are always watching us].


Why is it important that you get recruited over all the other applicants?

I can provide excellent role play experiences for both Metro police units [ especially Helix] and citizens. I know how to role play as a scanner and I like it when a helix unit tries to fix me up. I have been accepted on other applications and proven to be a good role-player, I also know many people on the server.
