How long have you been part of the community? 2 days. I know it hasn't been much time but if I didn't think I was ready to be something important on your server I wouldn't waste your time reading this article on for you to deny it.

How long have you been playing HL2RP? I can happily say 2 years!

Have you ever been banned before? Nope!

What motivates you to want to become a City Scanner? I would like to become a City Scanner because I have pretty much have been every other white list. OTA, MPF, Vort, you name it. This will be my first time learning to become a City Scanner on a great server to do it.

Have you ever had experience within staff or owned a serious RP server? I have owned one of my own server which I can sadly say it didn't go to well :/ but I can proudly say I have been staff on many other very serious HL2RP servers!

Do you have any past experience with the City Scanner whitelist?
Nope, but it will be a great one to learn!

Give a detailed roleplay situation example showing how you would use the city scanner:

*Citizen enters slums*

/me slowly approaches the citizen from a high altitude in case a weapon is pulled.
/me Takes a picture and send it back to the Citadel.
/me Flies lower down now knowing the information has been successfully uploaded not worrying about getting shot.
/me Rushes straight in front of the anti-citizen rapidly taking pictures attempting to blind them.
/me Flies a bit farther back attempting to get a good angel of the anti-citizens face.
/me Flies around the anti-citizen scanning for a gun.
/me sees no gun.
/me looks over at the Civil Protection running into apprehend the suspect.
/me Takes one last final picture of the detained suspect and flies off.

Explain why it’s very important that you behave appropriately in the role as a City Scanner: It is very important to behave because as small as the City Scanner may look it takes a huge part in HL2 history and it would be a shame if someone was minging in such a fine piece of equipment. Even though people think nothing much of a City Scanner without them the crime rate in the city would go sky high because without eyes in the sky people can sneak around into any area of the map where there are no CPs.  

Why is it important that you get recruited over all the other applicants? I think I should get recruited because I am a very experienced player and have been accepted on many other server before. As I wouldn't really know because I have never been a City Scanner it looks much easier then being a MPF, OTA, Vort, Etc and I have been all of those so nothing should be able to stop me from being a Scanner.

You have some minor grammatical mistakes within your application, but whatever call me a grammar Nazi ;p. We don't have that many scanners, it would be nice to have another one. It would have also been nice if your /me's were put into order. Also, it would have been better if you added more details in your rp examples.

I would have done /it's, *The scanner flies down towards the citizen, it than makes a werid clicking sound before a bright flash blinds him. The scanner than flies upwards and quickly notices a citizen acting uncivilized, it than flies towards that direction.*

Unless you are talking about one pacific citizen, I thought you meant two since you said citizen and anti-citizen. Still, you could have made the citizen do some /me's so that you can react in a certain way. This is my opinion of course.

Since you haven't roleplayed as a scanner before I will give you some hints. You are the voice of dispatch, you are basically dispatch controlling the scanner from the nexus. You have to send out commands without showing any traits/emotional response in the radio. Usually I use <:: Protection teams: Report status.::> Or any other commands, but I am not gonna tell you how to exactly rp your scanner. Overall you have the general idea of what to do, I will give you a +Support. Good luck.

Edit: I did not notice that you failed to fill in a question within your application. My vote will than count, once you fix the error.
