How long have you been part of the community? A week or two, I haven't been active lately as work has been depleting my free time. [Most of you know me as the cynical PAC3 hater]

How long have you been playing HL2RP? Two or so years.

Have you ever been banned before? Nope.

What motivates you to want to become a MPF unit? Well, this server is pretty good, and I feel as if I want a new RP experience, it's pretty simple. I love the MPF as a faction and such, I would like a new RP experience, ext.

Have you ever had experience within staff or owned a serious RP server? I have been an operator on two servers, one was called Coastal Gaming, which quickly died, and Windswept roleplay, which is still going-sort of.

Do you have any past experience with the MPF whitelist? Yep, i've spent quite a bit of roleplay as them, from a recruit to an 01/I1, ext.

Give a detailed description of a MPF unit: [6,0|Standard MPF uniform|Standard officer Kevlar|Black utility belt|Black USP pistol holster|Stun-baton clipped to belt|Green combat pants|Black laced combat boots]

Give a detailed roleplay situation example showing how you would use a MPF unit:
MEDICAL UNIT RP.
1. **Two units would rush into the medbay, a wounded unit in their arms, they would carry him to the medical table, grunting a bit as they lift the unit onto the table, lifting the kevlar from the units chest and placing it onto the table, taking off the units utility belt and chest rig, setting it down along with the kevlar, unclipping the mask and setting it down with everything else.
2. /me would continue to organize the medical supplies in a medical drawer, turning his head to the units setting up the wounded unit, nodding to them and turning his head back, reaching to his medical satchels strap and lifting it from his shoulder, moving the strap down his arm and off his hand, setting it down to the medical table and flipping the top off, taking out some gauze pads, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, a suturing kit, a shot of morphine, a shot of methohexital, and several other items.
3. /me would then turn around, walking to the units next to the wounded unit, groaning in pain, he would hunch himself over and lean his head closer to the wound, examining it for a moment and nodding to the unit, hr could tell the units responce, so that wasn't a worry, he would then roll up the units sleeve, placing his two fingers onto the cubital vein, nodding once more as he lifts his fingers from the units arm, walking back to his medical table, opening the drawer.
4. **The wound would be a simple bullet wound from a 9mm, it luckily didn't fragment, not much blood has been lost since the unit was wounded, it may have been infected on the way to the med-bay.
5. /me would then look down to the drawer, searching around in it, eventually finding a stethoscope, placing it around his neck and closing the drawer again, turning around and walking back to the unit, hunching himself over and leaning forward again, listening in for any internal bleeding with his stethoscope, hearing a waterfall noise, walking back to the medical table again.
6. /me would take the stethoscope from his neck, placing it in the drawer, reaching to his supplies and taking a small packet of artificial coaglant, walking back to the unit and ripping the top of the packet off, leaning close to the wound and pouring some of the powder into it, straightening himself and turning around, walking back and setting the packet down to the medical table.
7. /me would then grasp the needle labeled "Morphine", turning around and walking back to the wounded unit again, gently shoving the needle to the units cubital vein, injecting the substance into him, he would then take the needle out, turning around and walking back to the medical table, setting down the needle.
8. /me would then reach to the needle next to it, grasping it firmly and raising it off of the medical table, it would be labeled "Methohexital", he would then turn around and walk to the unit, shoving the needle into the units cubital vein as he did the last time, injecting the methohexital into the unit, taking the needle from it and walking back to his table and setting the new empty needle down.
9. **The unit would be numbed by the injectopms, eventually falling asleep from the effects from the methohexital itself, leaving Dimitry to do his work without any problems about the unit wincing in pain.
10. /me would then reach to a medium-sized scalpel, raising it from the table along with some clamps, and turning around again, walking back to the unit and leaning closer to the wound again, making an incision and using the clamps to hold it open.
11. /me would then walk back to the medical table, setting the scalpel down and taking a pair of forceps, a needle labeled "Acetaminophen", and a bovie pin, heading back to the unit and setting the few things down on the small metallic table next to the operation table where the unit lays, he would then grab the acetaminophen needle, placing it into the units cubital vein and injecting it, he would then take the needle from it, setting it down on the metallic tool table.
12. /me would then grab the bovie pin, walking over to the wound again and leaning close to the wound, using said pen to cauterize the blood vessels in the wound, eventually finishing and setting it down, he would then grab the pair of forceps, gently shoving them inside of the wound and grasping the bullet, taking it out slowly and setting it down upon the tool table, setting the forceps down afterwards, piling up all of the tools and such and picking them up, walking back to the medical table and setting the things down.
13. /me would quickly take a gauze pad, and the hydrogen peroxide bottle, taking the cap off of the bottle and pouring a bit of the stuff onto the gauze pad, setting the bottle down and grasping the gauze pad again, walking back to the unit and dabbing the wound with the pad, cleaning it thoroughly before returning to the medical table again, setting the pad down and placing the cap back on the peroxide bottle.
14. /me would then grasp his suturing kit, lifting it from the table and turning around again, walking over to the unit and setting the kit on the tool table, pushing it close to the unit and setting it up momentarilly, grasping the needle and taking the clamps off, setting them down to the table, placing the needle through the skin on one side and through the other side, pulling both of them together, repeating the same motion until finished.
15./me would then pick up the suturing kit, as well as the clamps, heading back to the medical table and setting them down, ripping off some bandage and taking the gauze pad, walking back to the unit and placing the gauze onto the wound, wrapping the bandage around the torso, tightening it and walking back to the table, cleaning up all of the medical supplies and setting everything back into the drawers, and his satchel, flipping the satchels top back on and grasping the strap, placing his arm through it and setting it on his shoulder, leaving one stimulant needle to wake the unit up, picking it up and walking back to the patient.
16. /me would then grab the patients arm, placing the needle to the cubital vein and pushing the mechanism on the top of the needle, injecting the substance into the arm of the unit, taking it from his arm and walking back to the medical table, placing the needle in a drawer to clean later, waiting for the unit to wake up.
17. **The unit would wake up after a bit, leaning up as he looks to his chest, nodding to Dimitry as he speaks out, "Thank you.", sitting up and setting his kevlar on, along with his chest rig, his utility belt, and his mask. standing up and turning to the door, leaving afterwards.

Explain why it’s very important that you behave appropriately in the role as an MPF unit: it's one of the most important roles in RP, it's a key factor in HL2 lore and Hl2RP functions, they bring the balance to the Hl2RP experience and if they aren't well disciplined and behaved they wont be seen as what they were meant to be seen as, the intimidating, powerful universal union officers that you have nightmares from.

Why is it important that you get recruited over all the other applicants? Well, i'm certainly not the best, but I do have quite a bit of experience in RP and I feel you can trust me as I am extremely serious about RP balance and how it works.

Name: Dimitry Nickoliask.
CiD: 978654
Brief physical description: [6,3|Black hair|Russian accent|Stubble beard|Agile build|Scar on right eyebrow|Blue citizen jumpsuit|Brown UU approved boots]

Brief bio (Please keep it within three paragraphs): [OOC] Now this is alot more than three paragraphs, please forgive me, I have a problem with short backstories that I can't fix.
http://pastebin.com/3gm2D5Td 7 monster paragraphs, along with a sort of half monster paragraph. [Sorry :L]

Why do you want to join the MPF: I feel as if I did my duty well as a loyalist, and a doctor, so I feel I can help the union even more in the Metropolice force.

I can say that the medical rp is quite good. Me myself sometimes use guides/wikis for those more uncommon types of surgeries/procedures, or if I forget a name of a substance/item. Usually removing a bullet wound is the most common of all things to do within the medical division, since we are all units. Your use of detail is excellent, but I would have loved if you labeled more items instead of just saying "and several other things." Overall, Vamp.Epu {ME} +supports this application and would love to see more work of your medical profession within the division.

We need more vamps Q_Q, Yes I made this text tiny. No I am not the Illuminati.

Yeah I know, also, @Sinskitz: I know I could have labeled more items, I was going to when I made the /me but I just thought that it wasn't necessary as I brought out so much medical supplies.
[I can add all of the items on the /me if you think that'd make it more satisfactory]

Alright...so uh...technically this application should be denied automatically due to the backstory exceeding three paragraphs...but honestly the fact that it looks as good as it does outweighs that. I guess you'd go into vamp at some point if any of the divisionals could read the rules. Oh well.
Accepted anyway
